德黑兰中学教师视角下学生社会化的影响

本研究旨在调查德黑兰中学教师视角下学生社会化的效果。它调查了难民营在加强口头技能,决策和责任的影响,以及在改善与同行学生的人际关系中的作用。采样使用简单的随机方法进行。该样品由德黑兰300名中学教师组成。在本研究中,使用了应用和描述性调查。图书馆和现场研究用于收集数据。研究员制造的社交技能问卷用于收集与教师意见有关的数据。调查结果表明,妇女参与完成调查问卷的人。受访者的教育水平是本科学位。大多数教师年龄40至50岁,他们的管理经验是20至25岁。 Also most of them were educated in the humanities fields. The social skills questionnaire had adequate reliability and validity. According to the results of nonparametric tests, there were positive and significant relationship between student camps and improvement of students' social skills. There was positive relationship between interpersonal skills of students and student camps. Also, there was a positive relationship between decision-making and verbal skills of students and student camps.
